Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICIES Thank you for choosing Sincerely Sylvia. Please carefully review all policies prior to booking. By submitting a payment and scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. BOOKING & RETAINER POLICY A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all appointments and event dates. Appointments are not confirmed until the retainer has been successfully received. All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including cancellations, schedule changes, no-shows, or failure to review policies prior to booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment unless otherwise stated. CANCELLATION POLICY Appointments canceled same day of the scheduled appointment time will be charged an additional $20. Appointments cancelled before 24 hours will not recieve an additional $20 but deposit is sill nonrefundable Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments may be restricted from booking future services. LATE POLICY Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled. To ensure quality service for all clients, appointment times will not be extended due to lateness. GUEST POLICY Due to limited space and the need to maintain a professional working environment, additional guests are not permitted unless previously approved. PAYMENT POLICY Accepted payment methods include card, cash, and approved electronic payment methods. REFUND POLICY All services, retainers, and completed appointments are final sale. No refunds will be issued for completed makeup services under any circumstances.
